BCBA ✳ NBC-HWC ✳ 11 YEARS EXPERIENCE ✳ PEKINGESE MOM ✳

My path into this field started when I was a young college graduate who took a job in early intervention. Over the past ten years, I've worked across New Jersey and Pennsylvania in homes, clinics, and public and private schools. I've sat on the floor with toddlers, written behavior plans in school hallways, and supported families through some of the hardest seasons of their lives. Though the clients, behaviors, and settings changed throughout the years, my passion for behavior science never stopped.

Jasmine Dursun

BCBA. NBC-HWC. 11 YEARS OF CLINICAL EXPERIENCE. PEKINGESE MOM.

I'm Jasmine Dursun, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and the founder of Growth and Guidance ABA and Wellness. I look at the perspectives and needs of the child, the caregiving parent, and the family system as a whole.

I built Growth and Guidance because I kept seeing the same gap: parents who were drowning in behaviors they didn't understand, and moms who had spent so long in survival mode they'd forgotten what it felt like to want something for themselves. I knew how to help both. So I did.

My work lives in two spaces, and I believe both are necessary. The ABA side is about understanding why your child does what they do, not just how to stop it. The wellness side is for the moms who've been carrying everything so long they've stopped noticing the weight. Both are built on the same belief: when the whole family is supported, everyone moves forward.

THIS IS MY promise TO you AND your family

BRINGING BRIGHTNESS BACK, BECAUSE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY DESERVE IT

My mission is to support neurodivergent children and their families by meeting every member of the family system where they are. I promise to show up for your child with the tools and understanding they deserve, and to show up for you, the parent who's been carrying it all, with the same care and intention. Along the way, I hope to guide you to find things that will add color back into your life, whether this means assisting your child in their everyday routines or supporting you to engage in
self-care routines.
