What We Offer
BCBA-performed direct ABA therapy sessions
BCBA-performed direct ABA therapy sessions provide hands-on, individualized intervention delivered directly by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). These sessions are designed for clients who benefit from advanced clinical expertise, complex program development, or higher levels of clinical oversight.
During direct sessions, the BCBA works one-on-one with the client to assess skills, implement individualized treatment plans, make program modifications, and model strategies based on data and client response. This approach allows for precise decision-making, rapid skill shaping, and careful attention to clinical nuance.
BCBA-performed direct ABA therapy may be medically necessary based on individual clinical need, is data-driven, and provided in accordance with ethical and professional standards. Services are individualized, oriented, and designed to support meaningful progress across environments.
This service model is appropriate for the following clients:
Clients that have received ABA services in the past and have regressed in certain skill areas since discharge of those services
Clients that are newly diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and are awaiting services for higher level services with other providers, where focused BCBA-direct services are clinically appropriate and ethically indicated
Clients that are newly diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and would like to systematically be introduced to ABA therapy in the natural environment (i.e, receiving additional therapies, demographic age of child)
Clients who require focused treatment addressing a limited number of skill domains and do not clinically require a comprehensive service model
About this service: BCBA-performed direct ABA therapy is appropriate for focused clinical needs and individualized intervention. For cases requiring comprehensive ABA treatment or higher levels of support, ethical standards require a full treatment team and sufficient treatment intensity. BCBA direct services cannot ethically be used as a substitute for comprehensive care when higher support needs are present.
ABA services are provided by credentialed professionals and are delivered in accordance with the ethical and professional standards established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Parent Coaching and Family Treatment Guidance
BCBA-provided parent coaching and family treatment guidance services support families in understanding, implementing, and maintaining effective behavior support strategies across daily routines and environments. These services are designated to empower caregivers with practical tools and confidence while ensuring consistency with the child's individualized treatment plan.During parent coaching sessions, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) collaborates with caregivers to review goals, model strategies, provide feedback, and problem-solve real-life challenges. Coaching focuses on helping families provide evidence-based behavioral principles in ways that are practical, ethical, ad sustainable within their home and community settings.
Parent coaching and family treatment guidance may include:
Caregiver training aligned with the child’s treatment plan
Modeling and feedback on behavior support strategies
Support with routines, transitions, and skill generalization
Guidance on responding to challenging behaviors
Data review and treatment adjustments when appropriate
About this service: Parent coaching is not a replacement for direct therapy when direct therapy services are medically necessary, but rather a complementary service that strengthens outcomes by increasing caregiver consistency and understanding.
Parent coaching and family treatment guidance sessions are provided by credentialed professionals and are delivered in accordance with the ethical and professional standards established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Health and Wellness Coaching
Our health and wellness coaching services support individuals in building resilience, improving daily functioning, and creating sustainable routines that fit real life. Coaching is a collaborative, strength-based process that focuses on habit development, stress management, and values-based behavior change.
Our services are ideal for the parent or caretaker that may experience chronic stress and burnout from supporting children with higher support needs. We recognize that parents of neurodivergent children often carry a high cognitive and emotional load while balancing caregiving, work, and family life. Many parents are navigating on-going appointments, advocacy demands, disrupted routines, and chronic stress, often while placing their own needs last.
Rather than addressing child behavior or providing clinical treatment, coaching helps parents develop systems that support regulation, boundaries, recovery, and follow-through in every day life.
About this service: Health and wellness coaching services are not covered under insurance-based funders, as ABA services are. Health and wellness coaching services are available via private pay package plans or à la carte sessions.
Health and wellness coaching is provided within the scope of practice of a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and focuses on education, self-reflection, and action planning. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or used in conjunction with applied behavior analytical services or BACB credentialing.
