Our health and wellness coaching is designed with mothers of neurodivergent children in mind, because they so often carry the mental load, the advocacy, and the day-to-day caregiving while putting their own needs last. That said, any parent or caregiver who is feeling depleted and ready to prioritize their own health and well-being is welcome. We primarily provide health and wellness coaching services via Telehealth. Group coaching opportunities may occur in partnership with local community businesses based in Lehigh Valley, PA. Individual discounts are not offered at this time, but GGABAW does its best to make health and wellness coaching packages accessible to most, while also providing high quality, expert services. Long-term, sustainable benefits of health and wellness coaching require multiple sessions to observe results to meet designated goals. The minimum amount of time anticipated would be a period of 3 months. We offer individual sessions after a package is completed to touch base on maintenance of skills.
