Book a Consultation

Booking a consultation is the first step in determining which services best support your child, your family, or you as an individual. During this time, we develop an understanding of your goals, values, needs, and current challenges so we can recommend the most appropriate supports.

Our company offers a range of services, including direct ABA therapy provided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), parent coaching and family treatment guidance, and health and wellness coaching. A consultation allows us to explore which service or services maybe a good fit, and to answer questions about structure, expectations, and next steps.

By the end of the consultation, you can expect:

• A clear understanding of available services

• Guidance on which supports may be most appropriate

• Transparency around scope, structure, and logistics

• Financial options, whether services may be funded via commercial insurance providers or private pay packages

• Next steps, if you choose to move forward

Consultations do not initiate therapy or coaching, and do not obligate you to enroll in services. Our consultation sessions typically last up to 30 minutes in duration and are free of charge.

Payor Transparency

Private Pay Practice — No Insurance Contracts

As of May 2026, Growth and Guidance ABA and Wellness, LLC does not participate in contracts with commercial health insurance provider plans. All services are rendered on a private pay basis, and payment is due at the time of service.

What This Means for You

As a private pay client, you are responsible for the full cost of services rendered. Upon request, a superbill (itemized receipt with applicable diagnostic/procedure codes) may be provided, which you may submit to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement, though reimbursement is not guaranteed and is solely between you and your insurer.

No Guarantee of Coverage or Benefits

Nothing in this policy or any communication from Growth and Guidance ABA and Wellness, LLC constitutes a guarantee of insurance coverage, benefits, or reimbursement. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to understand their out-of-network benefits.
